Buffalo Lake Area Business Association is busy planning the 4th Annual Winter Fest.  The date has been set for February 2 - 8, 2009 with hot sales for those cold winter days beginning Monday morning and running throughout the week.  Watch your mail for a complete listing of all the events being scheduled for the week of Winter Fest.  Some of the events being scheduled include horse & wagon rides, a snowman building contest, Medallion Hunt, Winter Fest Parade, and the ever-popular Toilet Bowl Races.
